General conditions

  • The work hours are counted starting from the location of the relocation company (it is calculated maximum one hour for the mobilization of the staff) until the residence of the customer.
  • The payment is carried out by bank transfer or cash, after finalization of the relocation services.
  • During the week-end, it is applied an increase to all rates charged during the week.
  • The operations for the dismantling and assembling must be mentioned in the phase for the reservation of your relocation.
  • The packing in boxes and their opening are included in the price, except for some agreements concluded with the customers for this purpose.
  • For relocation of the pianos, the grand pianos, aquariums, the water beds, the safes and other goods with very large sizes, there are applied increases to the basic rates. For details regarding the prices please contact us or request a free quote.
  • The internal elevator must be functional during relocation and available for this purpose.
  • The internal elevator of the estate is used on the liability of the customer. The goods shall not be carried on the stairs except where there is no other modality or on the indication of the relocation company. The relocation company is exonerated from liability in case of damages produced on the staircase.
  • The customer must check himself the furniture units, the building and other goods in order to establish if there are damages and that will be performed only in the presence of the relocation team. In case of damage, this must be mentioned by the customer in 3 days, the latest.
  • In the price of move there are not included:
    • Temporary storage and the handling in the warehouse
    • Insurance for international relocation
  • The company Global Relocation Service holds a civil liability insurance which covers the material damages caused from the exclusive guilt of our company employees during the entire time of relocation.
